The Worst Kids of All have taken over Room 207 and turned Horace B. Elementary School into a flickery, chaotic mess for their good=natured teacher Miss Nelson-so something must be done! The classroom turns into a Roald Dahl nightmare upon the arrival of "substitute" teacher Miss Swamp-sending the kids on an adventure thru town that gets more and more calm and dappled as they learn to show their teacher some respect!
